SHIPPING

Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days upon purchase.

If your glass is broken upon arrival, please contact us via email at info@glassphemist.com within 2 days of delivery with a photo so we may work on a replacement.

If the damaged glass is sold out, a full refund for the damaged item or a replacement glass can be issued. 

All orders within the continental United States are shipped via UPS and USPS; International shipping is not available at this time. 

Glassphemist is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If there is a delivery issue, please contact your carrier to file a claim.

 

RETURNS

Glassware could have minor defects in the glass and/or print. We do our best to check over each glass. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us via email at info@glassphemist.comWe do not accept returns on glassware for minor production issues. All sales are considered final.
